Public Avatar is a new project by Martin B. Bricelj, Slavko Glamočanin and Martin Wheeler. Public Avatar is documenting the relationship between virtual reality and our perceptions of self and society.As digital and physical worlds collide, the boundaries between self and other, reality and simulation are constantly challenged and redefined. Public Avatar will be launched for the first time in the public spaces of Novo Mesto in collaboration with Galerija Simulaker and British Council.

The EUROPRIX Jury in 2008 have nominated 23 projects out of 338 eligible entries, all praised for their innovations and brilliant content. RoboVox won the best Mobile application award!

Martin Bricelj is now an artist in residency at Museums Quartier in Vienna. His RoboVox_Your Voice installation will be part of RoboExotica festival, which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year. RoboVox will open RoboExotica festival on 4th December in front of the main entrance to Museums Quartier.
